The prices shown do not include the tourist tax. In August, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. OUR SERVICES Overnight stay, breakfast, daily room cleaning, change of bed linens every 4 days and towels every 3 days, use of air conditioning, and covered parking on the property. IMPORTANT NOTES We inform our guests that cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will be free of charge. Cancellations or changes communicated late up to the day before arrival will incur a charge of the first night. After this deadline, the full amount will be charged. We require a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM Late check-outs (up to 2:00 PM) subject to availability require a surcharge of €40.

The prices shown do not include the tourist tax. In high and peak season, weekly stays are available with arrival and departure on Saturdays. In low and mid season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. In exceptional circumstances, a 1- or 2-night stay is available with a supplement of €30. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Bed linens and towels are provided. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE The price does not include electricity costs, which are calculated based on consumption at €0.50 per kWh. The final cleaning fee is €30. DEPOSIT FOR GARBAGE AND ANY DAMAGES: €100.
